Fri May 29, 10:58 PM (3 mins) or Sat May 30, 10:10 PM (5 mins) . Appears in the west, passes to the south, disappears in the south east – depends on clear skies.

Can be seen with the naked eye. Binoculars are good. For more details see The International Space Station website. It was visible on Wednesday night – but intermittently (broken cloud) and much better on Thursday, brightest star in the skies – races across the sky …

Watch ‘Beauty and the Beast’ online

The Chichester Festival Youth Theatre production of Beauty and the Beast is now available to watch for free on the CFT website. Particularly suited to family audiences from ages 7 and up. You may think you know the story but director Dale Rooks has a few surprises in store in this brand new version adapted from the original fairy tale by Anna Ledwich (The Butterfly Lion), with music and lyrics by Richard Taylor (Flowers for Mrs Harris). The production is available on the CFT website until 19 June.
