More Trees in Chidham & Hambrook Parish

The Parish Council has appointed Tree Wardens to help us get more trees and hedges in the Parish. The Council will consider funding new planting provided that the location is visible from a public road, footpath or bridleway.  The Council now needs ideas and suggestions from you as to where new trees and hedges could be planted.  Please ring me for an informal chat about your ideas.

Local Housing Needs Survey

You should have received  a Housing Needs Survey Questionnaire from Chichester District Council. This has been commissioned by the Parish Council to give us a greater insight into the housing requirements of residents for the future. This will be a significant help to our revision of the Neighbourhood Plan to ensure we get the appropriate mix of housing for our residents. We urge you to complete and return the surveys. They are completely confidential.
