There was a good turnout for Monday’s meeting in the Village Hall chaired by Philip MacDougall, Chair of the Parish Council. Residents’ comments showed that they are concerned about the destruction of the environment and the lack of infrastructure to support any new housing, and that any housing built should be to a high environmental standard. Residents passed a resolution that Chichester District Council should oppose the large number of houses proposed for the district. See also Chi Observer report.
