| 28/3/08 Request for Peacock Feathers and balls of wool and embroidery silks |
| Hi, my name is Amanda Rayment and I am involved with the children at Chidham Parochial Primary School in making a tapestry wall hanging on the subject of 'Creation', that will hang in the new school hall. One of the children is making a peacock and I am looking for a donation of about six peacock feathers she can use for the tail. If you know of anyone who would be happy to donate a few feathers could you please contact me by e:mail. Thankyou. We are also asking people to look out any odd balls of wool they might have or any embroidery silks they no longer need for the children to use on the tapestry. I know we could go and buy any materials we need but I am a great believer in re-cycling! Thankyou, Amanda Rayment. |
