| Rogation Sunday May 9th and just the time for a brisk walk around the village before lunch. And what better than to have company...over 100 people entered the sponsored walk/ride/run in aid of Help for Heroes and The Friends of Chidham Churches. Special thanks to Penny and Alan Allcock for organising everything, and to the massed ranks of the Allcock family and helpers who kept us on the straight and narrow ... well, roughly circular ...path, and away from the odd short cut or the pub, and getting us safely back to the school to receive our winners medals.
