Sunday 6th April

The forecast said something about snow, but I am sure they didn't mean us. Or I was until it started snowing hard early on Sunday morning.

Spare a thought for those people who went off to find some snow for a skiing holiday and are probably still stuck in Terminal 5. Or was that their skis and the rest of their luggage? Oh, apparently it's all in in Milan, so that's OK.

Thanks to Philip MacDougall, Carol Haskett, Lynda Hughes, Rodney Duggua, Aimee Mitchell and Diana Taylor Beale for their photos.

Was I the only one trampolining in the snow? Well, er, probably, yes.. We noticed that you didnt have any pictures of snowmen on your website. Here is one I made with my Dad - we called him Simon !
Chidham Lane - before and after. While we were visiting Chidham recently we were prevented from getting to the St Mary's Church near Cot Lane and as you will see, from these two photos, one before and the other after the surprise snow storm. Hard to realise that we were sitting in the garden during that week enjoying the sunshine and the local views. (Thanks to BE and E Pearce)

Thanks to Diana who sent in these.
Vanishing Yeti footprints across the snow....

What else have you been up to?
If you were out in the snow giving birth you will surely want to follow this link
Let's try him out with a sombrero!
As the snow melts and the sun comes out, our snowman leans back and sunbathes....
As a responsible website, I think we ought to point out that sunbathing can be hazardous to your health, if you are a snowman.
