  • An evening of live music on kora and cello and with multi media visuals
Intriguing, Beguiling, and Fascinating !
Of all the many shows which WemsFest has presented over the years  the combination of Tunde Jegede with visual artist and film maker Sunara Begum in Chidham Village Hall (CVH) last year ranks up there at the very top.
Tunde has that rare quality of turning a large room into the most intimate of venues and makes you feel privileged
to be on a one-to-one with his fascinating international persona.
On Thursday 14 June the two collaborators return to CVH with a new performance ‘In the Stillness of Memory’ which combines live music on kora, and cello, with multi-media visuals, sonic sounds, movement, and electric soundscapes.  It promises to be an evening of constant discovery !
Tickets are £12.50 and available from Bookends (Emsworth), www.wegottickets.com, and 01243 576580.
