“It's a follow-on to our highly successful Open Day last year, when despite the blustery conditions, more than 80 visitors enjoyed a great afternoon on the water,” says organiser Barry Colgate. “We're hoping for much kinder weather this year, and an even bigger attendance.” The skippers will be on hand to show you the ropes, answer your questions and discuss your interests. And being an RYA Training Centre, the Club will have considerable expertise on hand – helping you to find the kind of sailing that's right for you. After your sailing trips, you will be able to enjoy a drink and a chat on the Club terrace, whilst overlooking all the action on the water and delighting in the beautiful scenery of Chichester Harbour . “Whether or not you're new to sailing, please don't be shy about coming along,” says Barry Colgate, who is keen to welcome visitors and new members to the Club. |
