Children & Parents enjoyed a Sunny afternoon at the play area when the Residents Association and the school's PTFA jointly put on a great afternoon of entertainment for the kids, which included a Magician, clown and a Punch and Judy show

Quiz Night - Friday March 11th
Congratulations to the AAs (aka the website team) who won the prestigious wooden spoon for the second consecutive year.
Congratulations also to The Dunnos, this years Chidham School PTFA quiz winners, retaining their title for the third year running in a close run contest. The quiz raised £100 for school projects, thanks to all who took part!

Christmas Fair
Father Christmas was there!

Blanket banquet
Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened!
This year's ptfa blanket banquet gave the children, parents and staff a final opportunity to say an emotional farewell to Mrs. Aplin. Nanny Franacapan made a wonderful cake for the occasion and the children presented gifts on behalf of everyone, including a photo album produced by Sarah Foye and a 100 square art work made by pupils past and present.
Lynda thanked everyone for their support over the years, especially her first head teacher and had the following advice. “If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun”!

Chidham Primary School celebrating 100 years on its present site - letter to parents

AN EXHIBITION is being organised to mark the centenary. This will feature archive photographs and work which the children will be producing as they seek to tell the story of the school during the past hundred years. The exhibition will be open to the public.
