| The PCC (Parochial Church Council) supports the vicar in the care of parishioners and to represent their views to him. It has several members who sit on it because of their offices. These are: The Vicar, the Churchwardens, and the Deanery Synod Representatives. The remainder are elected for a term of three years at the annual meeting that is held each year in March or April The PCC has one sub-committee that is set up by Statute. This is The Standing Committee that looks after the day-to-day running of the Parish. It usually consists of the Vicar, the Churchwardens, the Secretary and the Treasurer. |
